Being involved in style shoots is a amazing opportunity to express unleashed creativity. Seattle Bride Magazine approached us and asked for a "out of box" menu idea. This is always a great thing to create something different and something that has never been seen before.

Keeping to current trends we created a modern vintage menu. Using a reclaimed piece of hardwood we added a die cut chevron pattern, and wrapped the raw wood edge with a curry yellow dupioni silk. We also wanted to incorporate a name card with that we cut a slit in the reclaimed wood and positioned the name card between the chevron. This was a super fun project and we are so happy to be a part of it and to be among such amazing talent! Seattle invitation designer

    Juenbug Weddings Jennifer and Brandon

Backyard vintage are the two words I was given when chatting with Jennifer about her and Brandon's upcoming nuptials. Already having her invitations finished we were asked to create programs, and signage for this backyard wedding. Jennifer was really interested in using textiles in her designs. We created a pocket sized booklet program that was accommodated four pages of content and a sew bind. We also created section seating signage which we wrapped in a beige linen fabric and adorned it with the sections signs. Super chic wedding full of over the top fun elements!

Fist of all what a honor to have worked with such amazing talent on Luly Yang's 10th Anniversary Couture Fashion show! I about fainted when I received the email from Travis of True Colors Events asking me if I wanted to participate in Luy's upcoming event benefiting Seattle Children's Hospital.

Luly and I worked closely on creating a invitation inspired by her iconic Butterfly dress scene below. The goal was to design a organic elegant feel to set the tone for the event. Little did I know but Luly has a graphic design background which she used until fashion found her. From one graphic designer to the other our working relationship was amazing and truly an inspiration of wonderful creativity.

We designed a artful letterpress suite carrying the Monarch Butterfly theme throughout. Rich green, and green gold tons captured the essence of the beginning of Luly Yang Couture. We also created show signage, as well as programs, and 3-d butterfly escort cards for the guest bags.

Again what a amazing experience to have participate among such amazing talent all the while supporting the wonderful Seattle Children's.

    Cheers,
